1. Who We Are

SupportCard is a co-parenting communication and expense-tracking platform operated by South Sphere Tech (Pty) Ltd. For privacy inquiries contact info@southsphere.global.

2. What We Collect

Account information — name and email address when you sign up.
Co-parenting data — expense requests, calendar events, custody logs, messages, and documents you create in the app.
Child profiles — names and details you add for your children.
Device token — for push notifications; stored securely, never sold or shared beyond delivery.
Location — only when you explicitly log a custody check-in. Never tracked in the background.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the SupportCard service and sync data between linked co-parents.
To send push notifications about expenses, messages, and calendar events.
To generate AI-assisted summaries and tone feedback — processed server-side; your messages are not persistently stored by the AI provider.
To process subscription payments via Apple in-app purchases. We never store card details.

4. No Money Moves Through the App

SupportCard is a record-keeping tool only. We do not hold, transfer, or facilitate the movement of funds between users. Subscription billing on iOS is handled entirely by Apple via in-app purchases.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following service providers:

Supabase — database and authentication (EU/US data centres).
Anthropic — AI processing for the SCAI assistant and tone-check. No persistent storage of your content.
Apple — subscription billing via in-app purchases (iOS only).
Apple — push notifications via APNs.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

SupportCard is designed for use by adults — parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. Child profile data entered by parents is protected under the same security controls as all user data.

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in the device's secure keychain. Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email info@southsphere.global for any privacy request.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you via the app for material changes.
